THIS AMAZON FIND MAKES COOKING IN A SMALL KITCHEN SO MUCH EASIER

It's likely that at some point in your life, you've been faced with the idea of cooking an enormous meal in a small kitchen. It's a mammoth task, and not one undertaken lightly, even for people who love entertaining. Even cooking for one person in a kitchen with less-than-ideal countertop space isn't easy, so when we spied the perfect solution to small kitchen problems on TikTok, we were thrilled.

Posting on her Amazon finds TikTok account, @julianna_claire has found a totally genius piece of kitchen kit that could be well worth investing in if you're struggling for worktop space.

The multi-use chopping board she's discovered can be used to cover up a sink or hob to create almost a metre of extra counter space! It's got a lip that means the board stays in place, adjustable legs to make room for the rings on your hob if you're using it over the top to serve or prep food, and a nice enough surface that it can be used as a cutting board or serving station without looking out of place.

Julianna recommends a pretty pricey board at over £100, but it does include weighing scales, knife storage, timer and even a knife sharpener.

If that's a little out of your price range, we found a less fancy version for half the price. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but it still works over a sink to create that much-needed extra counter space.
