Tarquin's, the Cornish gin brand, has just released a limited edition hot cross bun flavoured gin in collaboration with Craft Gin Club — and we cannot wait to get our hands on it.
This Easter-inspired gin is filed with a mouth-watering spiced and dried fruit flavour — think cinnamon and cardamom with orange peel, raisins and vanilla, which is reminiscent of what you'd find in a hot cross bun.
The warming Easter spices are joined by a rich juniper aroma (which you'd expect from a gin), coupled with sweet fruit notes, and a smooth taste. Tarquin's recommends you serve the gin with a premium Indian tonic or ginger ale and garnish with fresh orange and a sprig of rosemary for a fun festive drink.
The fruity spiced tipple is the perfect drink to celebrate Easter (and beyond), and is available exclusively from Craft Gin Club for £37 for a 70cl bottle (42% ABV).

Hot Cross Bun Espresso Martini Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 50ml Tarquin's Hot Cross Bun Gin
- 30ml Chilled Coffee or Cold Brew
- 15ml Coffee Liqueur
- 15ml Simple Syrup
- Powdered Cinnamon for dusting (optional)
Method
- Pour each of your ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice
- Shake and strain into a cocktail coupe
- Place chopsticks at right angles over your coupe to resemble a cross and dust with cinnamon
