    At this point add the tomato sauce and simmer for about 25 minutes on low heat. (Add a little pasta cooking water if necessary).

  • Step 6:

    Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water.

  • Step 7:

    Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta al dente and pour it directly into the pot with the sausage sauce.

  • Step 8:

    Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are perfectly blended together.

  • Step 9:

    Pasta with sausage sauce is ready! If you like, you can serve it with parmesan or grated pecorino cheese.
