Remove the casing from the sausage and crumble it.
Finely chop the onion. Fry it in olive oil a few minutes while adding the bay leaves.
Add the crumbled sausage and brown over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring often.
Pour the wine into the pot and continue cooking until it is almost completely evaporated.
At this point add the tomato sauce and simmer for about 25 minutes on low heat. (Add a little pasta cooking water if necessary).
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta al dente and pour it directly into the pot with the sausage sauce.
Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are perfectly blended together.
